At ABS campuses, we believe that every moment is an opportunity for growth, learning, and fun—even during lunch. Our Lunch Time Activities Program has been carefully designed to engage students in meaningful play while supporting their physical, social, and cognitive development.
Throughout the school year, students will participate in a wide variety of games and sports, each planned with clear objectives in mind.
The calendar introduces students to both individual and team-based activities such as football, basketball, volleyball, handball, dodgeball, gymnastics, aerobics, table tennis, and fun fitness games. Each quarter focuses on specific developmental goals, ranging from fundamental skills like catching and dribbling to more advanced elements such as spatial awareness, balance, strategy, and cooperation.
Inter-Class and Inter-Grade Football Mini-Tournaments
The Physical Education Department is pleased to announce the organization of Inter-Class and Inter-Grade Football Mini-Tournaments as part of our co-curricular sports program. These tournaments are designed to provide students with the opportunity to engage in healthy competition, demonstrate teamwork, and develop their sporting skills in a structured and enjoyable environment.
· Inter-Class Matches will allow students to represent their individual classes, encouraging collaboration and unity within their peer groups.
· Inter-Grade Matches will offer a broader challenge, bringing together different year groups to promote school spirit and camaraderie.
