The American Bilingual School

Fifth grade students visited the Kuwait National Museum and Planetarium in November.  At the planetarium students watched a video about a young boy and girl who built a rocket and travelled through space.  They saw pictures of the sun, the moon and all the planets.  The students enjoyed they show.  I can’t really say much about the museum as the entire tour was in Arabic.  I know the students saw displays about life in Kuwait long ago.  They also saw pieces of archaeology and many gems and stones.  Students ate lunch on the lawn of the museum and enjoyed the day.
