Sofa set (3 seater and 1 seater)

20'' inch color TV with Satellite Receiver and TV stand

Fridge, Electric stove and Microwave

Washing Machine and Dryer

Dinner, Cookware and Cutlery set

Kettle, toaster, glasses, mugs, draining rack, kitchen knives

Kitchen waste bin

Broom, Dustpan with brush

Bathroom

1 Bath towel and 1 hand towel

Bathroom waste bin

Shower curtian and rod not included

 

* KD 60 (approximately $200) will be deposited by every tenant of ABS housing. ABS housing is expected to be cleaned as follows at time of checkout:

1. Kitchen and bathroom thoroughly cleaned and odor free.
2. Floors swept and mopped thoroughly.
3. All bedding and towels laundered and folded neatly.
4. All dishes and utensils must be cleaned and put away neatly in the cabinets.
5. The washer and dryer must cleaned on the exterior and interior.
6. The ironing board must be folded, and the iron must have cord wrapped around it.

 

The KD 60 Apartment cleaning deposit will be refunded at time of apartment check-in if the apartment is returned to ABS in the clean state it was at original time of check-out. Staff whose apartments don’t meet the criteria above will be charged the full amount of the KD 60 cleaning deposit in order to pay for apartment cleaning services.
